    Compare HTML, hiding the code

I'm sorry if this subject has already been treated but I couldn't find anything with the search engine...
I just want to compare 2 HTML files. They are stored in my local HDD. But I don't want to see any differences in the 'html code', in fact, I don't want to see any html. The html files contain several tables and I just want to compare/see the text content of those tables...
Is there any simple way to hide the html code and compare only the data?

    Thanks
    e.

One manual method would be to open the .html files in a browser, press Ctrl-A to select all of the text, copy and paste it into text files, then compare the text files.

It should also be possible to configure a pre-processor to strips the HTML code from the files before comparing... but I don't have the steps to do this in BC2.

We have an HTML-to-text rule available for BC 2 on our Additional BC2 Rules page. Just follow the instructions for it and it will strip out all the HTML formatting before comparing them.
