Based on BCompare.exe can we know that it is Portable installation or not ? and if yes then how can we know ?

Hello,

If BCState.xml is in the same directory as BCompare.exe, then it is a Portable Install. Note: this should be in a writable directory to allow writing into BCState.xml and other .xmls that generate, so Program Files\ would not work as a location.
