REQ: New Session type:Check all files in one folder+sub-folders are in another folder

I'm consolidating multiple copies of various folders into one main backup folder. To make sure I have copies of all files, I would like to be able to go through all multiple folders copies and check if all files in these folders+sub-folders are in another consolidated folder or sub-folder.

I can't find any tool like this out there, so it would be a unique (and useful) feature.

If you enable the Folder Compare's View menu -> Ignore Folder Structure, this will place all files in any subfolders into a single bucket, and then align side by side.

This assumes unique file names in any subfolder, however. Duplicate file names on one side would need to be handled manually or renamed, since the comparison of aligned items only happens after the alignment based on name.
