Like the windows version does"shell extension "?

Yes, Beyond Compare 4.1.9 on Mac adds right click compare functions to Finder's Services menu.

To compare two folders in Finder, right click on the first folder and select "Services > Select Left Folder for Compare". Right click on the second folder, then select "Services > Compare Folders". Similar commands are available for files.
