Hello,

No, BC3.3.13 is supported under Windows 10 and works with the shell extension in our testing. Are you using the latest BC3 release, found here?:
http://www.scootersoftware.com/download.php?zz=dl3_en

All BC3.x updates are free for 3.x users. Also, have you rebooted since applying any updates? Any changes to the shell extension require an restart of Windows before they are applied.

I have installed BCompare-3.3.13.18981 and have not had the crash since.
