Beyond Compare doesn't support Amazon Cloud Drive.

Beyond Compare 4 Pro supports Amazon S3. To define an Amazon S3 connection, open "Tools > Profiles". Click + to create a new profile. Select Amazon S3 as the type, then enter the Access Key ID and Secret Access Key and save the profile. In the Folder Compare, click the browse button and select the Amazon profile you created to load it as a folder.

+1 to add Amazon Cloud Drive support. Good Sync and number of other apps have it but Beyond Compare has the superior UI and feature set
