    Shell extension on portable installation

Is there some way to has context menus with portable installation?

Maybe, a bat file could be included to register shell extension on the portable installation path.

Portable installs are designed for things like removable media. If the shell extension is registered then Explorer keeps the dll locked so you can't eject it. Unloading it requires killing Explorer.

If you just want your settings in the same directory as the exe, do a standard install and create an empty file in the install directory named BCState.xml.
