Compare Source and Compiled Oracle Forms

Is it possible to compare a .fmb and a .fmx (Oracle Form prior to compilation and an Oracle Form post compilation)or is the distinction of the extension the answer to my question?

You might be able to use the Oracle forms rule from:

The rule was user contributed, so I haven't tried it myself.

If that doesn't work, if Oracle provides a way to decompile the post compilation file that is your best bet.
