Compare two computers using GoToMyPC

Is there a way to compare my computer with a remote system that I have logged onto via GoToMyPC?

I don't think so. Their website is light on details for their "File Transfer", but from their little flash demo it looked like you had to use copy and paste to get the files. If it somehow allows you to access the remote computer through a drive letter then you could.
