Character case important in string literal

The Importance tab on the File Comparison Rules dialog states:
"This text is unimportant to the comparison, unless it is contained in a string literal (as defined below)."

However, when I check "Character case (ABC = abc)", it causes character case to *always* be treated as unimportant, regardless of whether it is in a string literal or not.

    Am I doing something wrong?

This is a limitation in our line matching algorithm. The character case setting affects all text, regardless of it's location. We have added a comment about that in the rules dialog's help, and plan to have a fix in v3.
