Scooter Software is a service and support-oriented company.  We promote an inclusive and equal workplace both internally and externally.  Every employee is expected to treat everyone with whom we have contact with courtesy and respect.

Scooter Software commits itself to complying to and exceeding the minimums outlined in the United States Fair Labor Standards Act.

Employees are expected to make decisions and take actions that are in Scooter’s best interests as a whole and are not based on or unduly influenced by personal relationships or benefits.  Relationships which may create a conflict of interest should be avoided.
