Plugins API/Sample Viewer Code?

Hi, Where can I find the API and sample code for creating plugins for BC2?

It is referenced in the "tour" page on plugins, which states that it's available on the plugins page... but I don't see it there.

If you're trying to compare binary files that can be converted into text, you might want to create a Conversion using a Rule. It will have BC2 call a command line conversion utility to convert a binary file to a temporary text file. The temp file is then opened in the File Viewer. This is usually much less involved than writing a plug-in.

Also, just in case it helps, you can install the BC3 trial without removing or altering BC2. This way you can test out BC3 while still using BC2 for day to day work.
