BC 2.2 build 218 released!

Today we released Beyond Compare version 2.2.

It now has auto-completion in path edits, a bunch of FTP improvements, and oh yes -- a new high-color program icon!

There are quite a few other tweaks and bugfixes, mostly minor.

It looks like we broke the "Export Everything" option in this build. I would expect we can track the problem down on Monday and get a new build out. In the meantime, if anyone wants to revert to 2.1.2 (build 216), it's available here.
