    Multi-monitor support

    Hi,

I have both a monitor and a TV connected to my Linux computer (openSUSE 11.4 64bit with KDE 3). As desired, BC's main window always opens on the monitor, as do many sub-windows (like the "Options" dialog or any other dialog that is opened from the "Tools" menu).

OTOH other messages and dialogs (e.g. the "Find" dialog or various confirmations, like overwriting new files) open on the TV, which is turned off most of the time. What I end up doing is grab the window blindly and move it, by moving the mouse to the TV area, keeping "Alt" pressed and trying to drag and drop the window. While eventually successful, this can get quite annoying.

I'm not sure about this, but I'd guess the reason this happens is that the windows that open on the monitor have their "parent" set as the main window, while the ones that open on the TV have no parent. If this is the case, maybe it's not that hard to fix.

    Thank you
