Script to Compare Two Folders

Hi I have a requirement to compare two folders having different text files with . The text files have similar names in each folder.Now can I get a PASS /FAIL result by command line switches at a time for folder compare.I have scripted for similar requirement at file level comparison,but I am unable to script for folder level comparison

Sorry, Beyond Compare can do this for files, but not for folders.

In Beyond Compare 2, use "bcqc.exe" included with Beyond Compare to compare files from the command line and return the result as a DOS error level. Run "bcqc.exe" without arguments to list supported command line switches.

Beyond Compare can compare folders and return the result as a report file, but it can't return the result as a DOS error level.
