[Feature] Retain ignores when saving session

It would be really useful if the folder session retained which files you had selected to ignore ; I'm going through a total monster of a comparison of two source folders separated in time, and ignoring all the trivial changes.

Alas, the ignores aren't persisted when you save a session, so if your session crashes, or you just close it for a break, all the files you ignored are back.

Thanks for the suggestion. Selecting text and using the Ignore command is not currently saved information. This is on our Customer Wishlist.

To save this information, I would suggest defining Unimportant grammars for your comparison. How would these work for you?
