BeyondCompare doesn't use Windows prompt dialog when copying same files in flattened

if flattened folder structure contains files with same name, when copying/moving them to a single folder, the user is not prompted before the overwrite.

Thanks for the suggestion. BC3 does not currently support options when copying many files with the same name into a single folder. You will need to use the Confirm Replace dialog and pick which file you wish to keep for each conflict. Improving this behavior is on our Customer Wishlist.
