13298 Bug? "Ignore folder contents" loses some files

See attached for switch to "Ignore folder contents" causing disappearance of four files.

Any idea why?

Could you go into more detail on what you setup and then the steps you took?

The lower view differs in settings only by having Ignore Folder Structure. Please tell me if you know a way this can cause the disappearence of the four files shown.

Hello,

If you Show Left Orphans, do you have files with the same name on the left side in different folders? Once you flatten the view, those files would no longer be orphans if they are both on the left and right side.

Yup, that was it - there was an unexpected temp folder in there, holding same-named files. So, false alarm. Sorry! Thanks Aaron.
