How to avoid Windows message "This file is read only. Are you sure you want to..."

When in folder compare and moving large numbers of files from one location to another I sometimes get a dialog asking if I really want to move a read-only file. How can I avoid this interruption in the file moving/folder syncing process?

To change your confirmation preferences, select "Tools > Options". Go to the "Folder Views > Confirmations" section. Uncheck "Confirm replacing, deleting read-only files".
