    Hello,

    Are you able to successfully transfer the file if you use another FTP Client (such as Filezilla)?
    Could you email us another log, with debug information enabled, from BC3.1.9? To enable Debug information, go to the Tweaks menu (Ctrl+Shift+T), then Folder Views tab, then check "Include debug messages in log".
