EOL is not showing properly (Unix vs Windows)

Problem:
When comparing 2 files on ftp server (unix), one file will show Unix EOL while the other file will show as windows EOL.

How to reproduce:
- Open folder compare (empty)
- Type in FTP folder location on the left pane
- Press enter to load it
- Type in another FTP folder location on right pane
- Press enter to start comparing both folders
- Open a file (exists on both folders)
- EOL on both sides are different, a refresh will correct this.
