我现在有两个excel文件要进行比较,能不能将比较结果的不同部分另存为一个文件.

还有一个问题,因为比较的时候两边的数据有可能顺序不同,如:在第一个文件第3行有一个字符串123,在对 比的第二个文件中也有一个字符串是123但是却在第十行,这样这两个就会显示为不同,能不能让这样的比较显 示为相同.

The Key column is used for alignment in the Data Compare. Please set the Key Column (or multiple Columns) to correctly and uniquely identify your rows.

Otherwise, you can use the Text Compare rules to open your files in the Text Compare for general alignment, which is controled in the Alignment tab of the session settings.

The key column needs to be unique on each row. An example would be an ID:
User123, data
User124, data
User125, data

If you do not have a unique ID for a key column, you can mark multiple columns so the combination is unique. Where LastName and FirstName are both used.
FirstName (aaron), LastName (Smith), data
FirstName (aaron), LastName2 (Johnson), data

Or you can install a Text Compare rule, which will align based on the entire line, and not just the defined key columns.

I know the conccept of the key colum, I want to know how to set the key colum in the Beyond Compare .

Right-click the column header, and select Key instead of Standard or Unimportant. There must be at least 1 key column. The header is the part at the top with "1:" or "2:" and a little Key symbol if it is already a Key column.

You can also go to the Session Settings -> Columns tab. Select the column, Edit it. Then check the "Key" box.
