What does this (presumably) error message in the log of an FTP session mean? And how can I workaround?

Other folders are shown fine.

We don't have that error string, so it sounds like an issue with the server, but I couldn't say for certain without seeing a log.

Oops, sorry, looking further up the log I see this is BC echoing a server error.

In case there's aq BC issue, I shall report to support@.
