XLS_to_CSV.vbs missing

Doing a rules-based comparison of folders that contain MS Excel spreadsheets produces errors about the XLS_to_CSV.vbs script missing.

Looking in the Helpers folder, there is a XLS_to_CSV_Single.vbs script but not the one named.

The "XLS_to_CSV_Single.vbs" script is used to compare Excel files in the Data Compare. It is included in the default install of Beyond Compare 3.

The "XLS_to_CSV.vbs" file is used to compare Excel files as CSV in the Text Compare. It is not included in the default install of Beyond Compare 3. To get this vbs file, download the "Microsoft Excel workbooks" format from: http://www.scootersoftware.com/v3formats
