I have seen this a few times, but when I initially tried to screen capture it using alt+printscreen, the alt refreshed the BC window. This time, I just print screened the whole thing.
I had BC3 minimized while performing a large copy of the WAN and when I restore BC3, this is what I see. Note, when I click to highlight a line that is offset, the line corrects itself as it refreshed showing that it is selected.
