confirm yes-to-all will automatically click Yes if the question is Yes or No / Yes to All or No to All. But Fail to Load base folders is an "Error", and does not ask Yes or No. You need to load base folders correctly without error for the program to continue.

We are currently working on how to implement foreign languages in BC3.
