Try using the Tools->Save Snapshot command to save snapshots of your left and right paths. If the same problem occurs when you load the snapshots as the base folders please send us a copy of both of them and the Help->Support export and we'll look into this.Zoë P Scooter Software -
Everything is OK when comparing the 2 .bcss files: so, I don't send the files to the support... but the problem is well there
