    Cursor during in-progress comparison

    [Build 462 on MEPIS 7]

This is a minor annoyance when doing a folder compare.

Often, while a compare is in progress, I like to expand or contract a subfolder, or start a new compare on a selected item.

In the Windows edition, when a comparison is active, the cursor is an arrow combined with an hourglass. It's easy to position the point of the arrow over an item to select it.

But in the GNU/Linux edition, the cursor is a rotating disk. Since there's no arrow, it's difficult to accurately select an item.

It would be nice if the GNU/Linux cursor were similar to the Windows one.

It seems we weren't using all the cursors Qt provides for some reason. This has been fixed.
