Word wrap long text lines?

I'm comparing two text files in BC 2.4.3, both of which have very long lines (representing paragraphs).

Can BC wrap the lines in the display (not for purposes of comparison, only for display) so that I can read the paragraphs without endless horizontal scrolling?

Searching the forums and Google on "word wrap" and "text wrap" turned up nothing useful.

Sorry, Beyond Compare doesn't currently support line wrapping. It is on our list of features to add in a future version.

We’re coming up on the tenth anniversary of that answer, and it seems to be the top DuckDuckGo hit for “BeyondCompare wrap long lines“. Is it premature to ask which future version it will be in?

It is still an item on our Customer Wishlist. It is unlikely to be a BC4 feature, but still on our radar for a future release.
