Thanks for the feedback. We don't current support SVG directly (in Picture Compare or Text Compare's View as Webpage), but it's something on our wishlist.

Not exactly the same, but if you use a web browser to Save a Webpage, SVGs are converted to PNG (raster), which are visible in View as Webpage.

Some text editors can display svg in their IE-based WebPreview pane.
So I think BC should also be able to achieve/enhance it.

Beyond Compare 4.2.8 is now available, it added support for *.svg files in the Text Compare's View > Webpages.

From the releases logs, I do see. .svg graphical view is supported in Windows

Any plan to extend this nice feature support for Mac as well? I can not find the option in the Mac version, so wonder this is only for Windows.

“View as Web Page“ is currently Windows only because it uses an embedded Internet Explorer view provided by Windows. Expanding it to macOS using Safari is on the todo list now that we have the 64-but version done, but isn’t scheduled yet. I’ll make a note to look into SVG support when we work on it.
