It is possible force the response so that the script does not stop

My script stops when beyond compare question if I want to overwrite files. It is possible to avoid the interaction and force the YES response so that it does not stop.

At the beginning of your script, add the command:
option confirm:yes-to-all

The above script command will respond yes to file operations that display a confirmation dialog when running interactively.
