Compare Webpages

I am wondering if there is a way to compare two webpages?
For example, I have a web page on I.E 9 and the other web page on I.E 10; I would like to compare the differences if any. Any help is much appreciated.

Hello,

BC4 can compare the .html file text, but not how the webpages are rendered. This can be done by accessing the site over s/ftp, or the Text Compare view can directly load http:// locations if typed into the file path.

The View as Webpage option can render the webpage, but this uses a specific installed version of IE, and cannot be altered.
