Compare filename case not always working

Hi,

If I select both "Compare filename case" and "Align filenames with different extensions" then the case comparison no longer works. This is on a Windows file system.

I am hoping it should work and can be fixed?

Thanks for the report. It is an issue with the method used for aligning different extensions. It doesn't look like a quick fix, but I'll open a tracker entry to investigate.
