Synchronize shortcut request

I use the Synchronize function a lot. It would be great if you could add a shortcut like the one for Mirror to Right/Left so I don't have to open the dialog box each time, example...

You can add shortcuts to the Update sync commands in the Tools menu -> Options dialog, Toolbars/Etc tab, select view: Folder Compare, and search for "update" or "sync" and customize the hotkeys for the found commands.
