Duplicate Name Filter

I notice that saving a named filter does not replace an existing filter with the same name so it's possible to end up with multiple filters with exactly the same name but not necessarily the same filtering rules. This may be working as designed but has obvious potential to confuse.

Thanks for the feedback. It is currently working as intended, but we have a few ideas about redesigning this area and have notes on if to accept duplicates in the future.
