I'm making this post at 17:22 EST (GMT-5).

At the bottom of the page is displayed: All times are GMT -4. The time now is 06:22 PM.

I think this server's clock is misconfigured.

Double checking the bottom page timestamp and that generated as I post seem to match my current Profile's timezone settings. If you go to the Settings button -> MyAccount: General Settings, it looks like you are set to East Coast and auto-use DST. If you clear browser cache, does this help with your display?

Making a test-reply at 14:42 EST.

The problem was apparently that Javascript is involved. My Firefox NoScript add-on was blocking the script from running. After marking this site as "trusted", the timestamps are correct.
