Update file attributes (dates, etc.) only?

How could one update / transfer the file / folder dates / times / attributes only (for files being identical by content with different dates / times without syncing the files / folders)?

Run a CRC, Binary, or Rules-based comparison using the Rules toolbar button or Actions > Compare Contents. Set the display filter to View > Show Same. Select all. Use Actions > Touch to copy modified timestamps between sides.

It isn't possible to copy DOS attributes (read-only, archive, hidden, system), but you can set them using the Actions > Attributes command.
