PowerShell ISE cut doesn't work if BCClipboard is running

If the BCClipboard is running Cut (Ctrl+X) in PowerShell ISE doesn't work. It looks like it does get added to BCClipboard. Other apps work fine. Stopping BCClipboard will allow it to work

This is running on Win10 with Fall Creators' Update

Thanks for the report. There are new issues using the Clipboard app and the Fall Creator Update that we'll need to look into.

The PowerShell ISE Clipboard Compare compatibility issue is fixed in Beyond Compare 4.2.5.
