BC4 displays size column incorrectly with ru_RU locale.

BC 4 is displaying digits separator in size column incorrectly when system locale is set to ru_RU.
Ubuntu 16.04, BC 4.2.3 build 22587.
Attaching two screenshots with en_US and ru_RU, as well as locale files from /usr/share/i18n/locales (renamed to .txt for the sake of uploading). Note question marks in size column.

Thanks for the report. This is a known issue with Regional Settings and the size separator that we're looking into. I'll add your extra info to our bug entry on the subject.

The digit separator showing as ? on Linux is fixed in Beyond Compare 4.4.
