Out of Memory on Local Folder vs FTP with hundreds of files

Version 3.3.13 fails on comparation session of local folder vs FTP folder with hundreds of files.
Version 4.2.2 appears to works fine with the same session.

Any way I can do it on version 3 (wich is the one I've purchased).

Depends if you are hitting the limits of 32bit application use of memory. How much memory is BC3 using as it hits that issue?

One of BC4's upgrades is 64bit support, which increases the amount of memory it can use. If you are hitting the limits your computer allows for 32bit application memory usage, but 64bit support alleviates this, then BC4 is needed.
