Exclude folders that are not on both sides

I need to set a comparison that only shows folders that are on both sides, regardless of folder content.

I need to do this so I can perform file operations without affecting folders that don't match. Using the existing "hide orphan" options don't help because they go by files, not folders. In other words, I don't want to hide orphaned files, just orphaned folders.

BC4's Folder Compare can Show or Hide Orphan folders with our Display Filters, but this will extend to files as well as folders. The View menu has 4 folder view modes including Compare Files and Folder Structure, and the Display Filter set to Show No Orphans would hide the orphan files and folders. We don't have a method to select only the orphan folders (and Exclude them), but it's something on our wishlist.
