How to include system+hidden files in file copying?

Assume I have two folder trees side by side in Folder Compare pane.

I mark one side and want to copy it to the other side.

How can I define that all system and/or hidden files are automatically included/excluded from copying?

Hello,

By default, we exclude Protected Operating System files (System + Hidden), but this default can be changed. On the Home screen of BC3, in the saved Sessions list, expand the Edit Session Defaults folder, select the Folder Compare, and in the Other Filters tab, select DOS Attributes and disable "exclude protected operating system files." Then Save these new defaults, and all future folder compare sessions will use this. Any previously saved folder compare session will also need this value changed and the session re-saved.
