    Trial days remaining

I'll snitch and mention that there's an error in how the number of days remaining in the trial are calculated.

It seems to (At least in OSX):
    1. only deduct a day when the application is launched (as long as I keep Beyond Compare open... my days remaining remain the same)
    2. launching Beyond Compare only deducts a single day regardless of # days elapsed since last use / install date
    3. this applies to both the initial trial limit, and the trial expired extension.

(a and b might be the same behavior)

I've got a licensed copy for Windows. I'm still dragging out my trial on OSX.. license imminent

Multiplatform licenses are free upgrades for most BC4 users. You can upgrade here:

We'll look into the count down. The intention is to only count down days that the program is used and not days where it isn't booted. We'll err on the side of generous trial if we face an OS limitation in counting this, but purchases help us continue support.

      You just made my day!

I thought BC may be only counting "days used". Just seems like I've surely used it more than it's reporting
