mesmo marcando nas opções o botão "Show all" não aparece no toolbar, ver anexo

Toggles Mode disables the Show All, Differences, Same buttons, and replaces them with the Toggle options. You can right click the toolbar and switch to Favorites or Dropdown to restore these buttons.

If you want toggles enabled, you'll need to use a hotkey or the View menu -> Show All to perform the action.
