The "manual align" option dissappeared

Hello,

The option I used many times before, activated with F6, which stands for something like "manual align..." (or "align with..." I can't remember) has gone from the context menu dialog opened when clicking on a file in the folder view.
Why I can't align manually? Is there any option I missclicked or something?

Hello,

Has the Folder Compare fully loaded? Align With (F6) should be present on the right click menu of a single, selected item. Please double check that you've selected just one item (like a single, simple file). If you load your Desktop\ as a base folder, do you see the Align With item appear?

Which version of BC3 are you running?
