I can not get my key because of my 126 email is banned by your server.

Thanks. Our spam filtering has adaptive learning, and we may have received such a large volume of spam from a specific IP range, domain, etc that your email has also fallen into it. It looks like your Key was updated and sent over the weekend to gmail. Did you have any trouble receiving it? Please post here or email back if there are any troubles.

The IP address 218.107.63.212 is listed in the Spamhaus spam blocklist. Your email provider/ISP needs to go to https://www.spamhaus.org/lookup/ to be removed from the block database.
