Unique file types

I am new to this forum so forgive me if the question has been answered before. Can I use Beyond Compare to list unique file types in a folder and its sub-folders?

Sorry, could you provide a bit more specific an example? You can set Name Filters to limit the view to specific file name masks. Or if you are looking for files that only exist on one side, we call this status Orphans, which the Display Filters can set to view.
