All no differnce content in text compare is invisible

after do some system update. (opensuse 42.1), system is broken beyond compare 4.1.5

I have to switch to bc3 again (dozens of times ...)

I've updated my OpenSUSE 42.1 test system and switched the regional language to Simplified Chinese, but files display normally in the Text Compare. Could you email us at [email protected] with
1) A link back to this forum thread
2) Your current BCSupport.zip from the Help menu -> Support; Export
3) A pair of sample files to open with your BCSupport zip settings.

sent, some clue about this:

1. I use openSUSE 42.1 Gnome3 version, with KDE package installed use zypper. (but not use KDE)

2. my LANG just two line

export LANG=en_US.UTF-8
export LC_CTYPE=zh_CN.UTF-8

zw963 reported to us via email that restoring Beyond Compare settings to defaults fixed the issue.
