    Default License key email

    Hi. I'm not sure if anyone here can help, but I purchased v4 over 10 minutes ago and still haven't received the email containing my license key. I really hope I don't have to wait for them to re-open on Monday to be able to use the software???? Anyone have any idea of when the email might show up, or why I haven't received it yet? Checked spam, etc., and nothing.

    Thanks, and sorry if this isn't the right place for this question but I desperately need the app and seriously hope I don't have to wait until Monday. *sigh*

    Sorry, we're closed for business over the weekend. We are sometimes able to check the forums, but emailing in is usually more reliable for an off hours check. For keys, I recommend emailing sales@scootersoftware.com.

    Keys can sometimes end up caught by spam filters. Please check your junk mail folder, and email us if you still don't have it.

    Our trial is fully featured and has a days of use time-limit. I hope you were able to install it and use it this weekend.
