Quit BC3 using script

Is there a way to kill the BC 3 process using script?

Not within BC3 scripting. Each script command is executed in order until we reach the end of the current script file, and then the script ends.

What scenario are you hitting where you want to interrupt script and kill the process? If it is taking awhile, it is probably because you are loading or comparing large items, possibly over a network, and it will take awhile to finish that step.
